By using the Uraddi Classified app and website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
3. Listings & Content
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings.
- Prohibited items include illegal goods, counterfeit items, weapons, and stolen property.
- We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies.
4. Payments
- Listing fees and subscriptions are processed via M-Pesa.
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Transactions between buyers and sellers are conducted at their own risk.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Posting fraudulent or misleading listings
- Harassing other users
- Attempting to circumvent platform fees
- Using the platform for spam or scams
6. Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or are reported by other users.
7. Limitation of Liability
Uraddi Classified is a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, or for the conduct of buyers and sellers.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
